I started this blog as an outlet of my thoughts and feelings. This is my opinion and the research I do. I am in no way an expert in these fields. However, I feel I have a lot to share but don't always know how to say things, am to afraid to say it due to fear of rejection, or even wonder if anyone is listening. So I started this blog to help with that. I, in no way eat perfectly or have a perfect body.
I am a typical women who is envious of other women and how they look. I have many ups and downs with how I look, just like most people. When I was a kid I was made fun of for how knobby my knees were so I did a lot of weight lifting and built my legs, which I now have a love hate relationship with. Then I was working with a trainer to see if we could get me into shape to compete in fitness competitions. Shortly into the training, I stopped due to the mental difficulty of it. I wasn’t emotionally or mentally prepared for it and being a teenager at the time, I was going through enough at the time, not to mention playing on two competitive athletic teams. Do I know it all, ABSOLUTELY NOT, but I have some good ideas and have a good opinion that I feel is worth sharing. If you have a question, I would be happy to do some research for you. Remember this is my opinion with research that I have done and I wont apologize for my opinion. However, I am open to many other ideas and thoughts.
